“Last year was our 1 year anniversary of doing CrossFit. The picture on the left was taken the very first day. After I did that first workout, I knew I was gonna get results and had Jason take that picture so that I would have it to be able to do a comparison. My weight is exactly the same as it was the first day, but I’ve gone down two sizes. I have so much more energy, strength, endurance and I’ve gained a group of friends that I’d consider family.
