Who says adults get to have all the fun? KidFit teaches kids the principles of mechanics, consistency and intensity in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood is our goal. KidFit provides kids with physical literacy, enhanced sports performance, and fewer sports injuries. Also, scientific research proves that exercise benefits cognitive function. So your child will do better on the field and the classroom.


Individual Coaching Sessions

This 1-on-1 training scenario provides a private and more intimate experience for anyone looking start their fitness journey in a more private setting. With this service, you’re in control of your training schedule and every session is individually tailored to your goals and fitness level.


Physical Therapy

Have an old injury that still interferes with your lifestyle? We have an in-house physical therapist on staff for preventative and rehabilitative therapy. We realize that in life, injuries happen. However, we don’t believe that you need to sideline your health and fitness goals as a result. So we partnered with The Movement Dr to work with our members through preventative exercises and rehabilitation methods.



Our LIFE program is designed to keep you out of the nursing home and independent for the rest of your LIFE. No one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the basic CrossFit principles of utilizing a variety of functional movements to enhance the quality and quantity of their lives. As in our regular classes, LIFE. offers safe, effective workouts – a “gentle” version of CrossFit with more emphasis on mobility and longevity and less on competition and intensity. We start where you are and take you to more than you thought you could be.
