We believe fitness should be fun, challenging, and transformation. We also believe that there is no one-size-fits-all plan for fitness which is why we meet you where you are on your health and wellness journey and build out a personalized plan to help you reach your goals.

CrossFit

Challenge yourself through our group fitness classes! CrossFit incorporates a variety of everyday, functional movements, into a high-intensity workout that helps you feel good and reach your goal whether it be weight loss, increased strength, or improved overall health.

The workouts are different daily and are designed to improve your overall strength and well-being by combining strength training, cardio, flexibility, endurance, power, and more. Led by our certified instructors, our CrossFit program is for anyone motivated and committed to bettering their health regardless of experience level. All exercises and the intensity level of each workout can be modified to fit your needs.

Seniors Program

Our Seniors group fitness program is designed to keep you out of the nursing home and independent for the rest of your life. No one is too old or out-of-shape to benefit from the functional movements of a CrossFit workout!

Our goal is to improve the quality and quantity of your life with low-impact workouts that build up your strength without adding stress to your joints and bones. This program is led by certified coaches and will help you improve your balance, flexibility, and mobility for easier more comfortable movement, increase your energy levels and can help prevent many common diseases such as diabetes and heart disease.

Individual Coaching Sessions

Partner with a coach for 1-on-1 training sessions tailored specifically to your strengths and weaknesses! These individual sessions allow you a private experience with a coach to assess where you’re at, address your health goals, wants, and needs, and keep track of your progress along the way. We work with you to create a personalized fitness plan that fits your lifestyle and gets you results.

Remote Coaching

Do you have a specific goal such as getting out of pain, competing in CrossFit, or bodybuilding? Goals like that often fall outside of the scope of what our traditional classes offer and require specific, personalized training plans to be met.

With remote coaching, you have a personal coach who creates your program for you, checks in with you, and makes adjustments as needed, but it’s up to you to get to the gym and put in the work.

We use the app TrueCoach to deliver your workouts, stay connected with you, track your progress, and hold you accountable.

Nutrition Coaching

We can coach you during the hour you are in the gym with us, and we will help you get great results from your fitness… but the other 23 hours matter just as much to your overall success!

The foods you eat matter and can determine how fast or slow you reach your goals and how good your body feels overall.

We believe the best diet is the one you can sustain. We focus on flexible dieting and work with you to make sure you’re getting the nutrients your body needs to function at its best, without making you cut out whole food groups or missing out on life’s fun moments such as birthday cake or having a few drinks with friends because you’re ‘on a diet.’
