What you need and what someone else needs regarding health and fitness are, most likely, two totally different things. And that’s why everyone that comes to Strong Heart starts with a consultation. That way, we can learn more about your goals and health and fitness history and then do a 9-point assessment that lets us know if you have any limitations that need to be addressed and accounted for to keep you safe. We want to make sure we find the right program or programs for YOU.

Just like when you go to a mechanic, they can’t give you a price until they have determined what is needed, the same is true for us.
