Get to know Olivia Campbell!

“I’ve been coming to Strong Heart for 2 years and 4.5 months.

I started because I was struggling with confidence and was overweight, and my mom encouraged me to come to class.

I was working out at another gym pretty often before I started, but I didn’t know what I was doing, and I wasn’t getting results.¬†

My first class was tough! I didn’t think it would be as challenging as it was, and I wasn’t going to come back, but my mom made me, lol! ūüėā

But now I am thankful that she did! Since starting CrossFit, I have also started eating better, and I’ve lost 40 pounds!

I have way more confidence than I used to, and I just feel better in general. 

The biggest difference between Strong Heart vs. other gyms I’ve been a part of is the coaches. They are always there to help you, guide you through movements, and give advice both in the gym and with nutrition.
