“I’ve been coming to Strong Heart for 3 months.
When I first started, I was in the worst shape I’ve ever been in. I had serious back and joint issues, and it didn’t take much for me to get winded. Working on the road I developed bad eating habits that left me with some weight and fat issues.
I had no workout routine before starting. I’d attempted many times to start one, but every time I tried, I just felt weighed down and not very fluid in motion.
I decided to start because my wife was a member and was getting good results, and she asked me to try it.
My first class was a bit difficult mostly due to being out of shape. The other part was trying to properly execute the movements.
What kept me coming back was the staff and the members. They were so friendly and supportive which took away the intimidation factor and made me very comfortable from day one.
It’s also been great because it’s something I can do with my wife and kids. It’s great family bonding which I think is lost with traditional gym memberships.
